Before you get in touch
For the administration team to help you quickly, please have the following details to hand.
These details are used for ID verification:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- National Insurance (NI) number
- Your Member reference (which you can find at the top of any letter you've received from the administrator)
Any other details you have about your ARP benefits:
- Letters or other paperwork.
- Details of companies you've worked for, with dates.
- Details of any benefits you've transferred into the ARP.
If you are corresponding with the administrators, regarding the legacy DB sections, please include the name of the section you're in (if you know) in addition to your personal details mentioned above.
If you're contacting the administrator on behalf of a member, these will be their details.
If you have more than one Aon Pension, your member reference(s) will be different depending on the membership period in question.
- For members of the Aon OnePlan, this member reference is the number starting A/ in any letter you received from the Aon OnePlan administration team.
- For members of any of the various legacy ARP section(s), this member reference will have been on any letter you received from the ARP administration team at Aon.
